The system should not become an objective of itself. That’s why TEQ-Spray is developed as a modular system, so it can be positioned anywhere. TEQ-Spray has three main components.
The main unit is the HSG-Modulator. The modulator is built in a distinctive mat powder-coated casing of only 15 cm thick! The casing can be placed in any position.
The second main component is the control unit. The control unit regulates the pressure and temperature. The control units are made of high quality stainless steel. Therefore they are easy to clean and a pleasure to look at.
The third main component is the non-conductive tube. This tube is connected to the control unit and goes directly through the wall into the spray booth.
Per take-off point (spray booth or paint-prep booth) one control unit is required.
Up to 2 control units can be positioned inside the casing. The advantage of the system is, that the control units can be positioned seperately from the main unit.
The control units can be supplied with tube lengths of 7.5, 10, 15 and 30 meters. Optionally, different tube lengths can be arranged.
Another advantage: Thanks to the superior technology, TEQ-Spray posesses a unique heating- and control system. This ingenious heating system makes it possible to renew the outer non-conductive tubes without replacing the heating element.
To summarize, there are no situations where TEQ-Spray can’t be incorporated!
