The system should not become an objective of itself. That’s why TEQ-Spray<\/strong> is developed as a modular system, so it can be positioned anywhere. TEQ-Spray<\/strong> has three main components<\/strong>.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/section>\n\t\t\t\t

The main unit is the HSG-Modulator<\/strong>. The modulator is built in a distinctive mat powder-coated casing of only 15 cm thick! The casing can be placed in any position.<\/p>

The second main component is the control unit<\/strong>. The control unit regulates the pressure and temperature<\/strong>. The control units are made of high quality stainless steel<\/strong>. Therefore they are easy to clean and a pleasure to look at.<\/p>

The third main component is the non-conductive tube<\/strong>. This tube is connected to the control unit and goes directly through the wall into the spray booth.<\/p><\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t

Per take-off point (spray booth or paint-prep booth) one control unit is required.<\/p>

Up to 2 control units<\/strong> can be positioned inside the casing. The advantage of the system is, that the control units can be positioned seperately from the main unit.<\/p>

The control units can be supplied with tube lengths of 7.5<\/strong>, 10<\/strong>, 15<\/strong> and 30<\/strong> meters. Optionally, different<\/strong><\/em> tube lengths can be arranged.<\/p>

\"TEQ-SPRAYAnother advantage:<\/strong>\u00a0Thanks to the superior technology, TEQ-Spray<\/strong> posesses a unique<\/strong> heating- and control system<\/strong>. This ingenious heating system makes it possible to renew the outer non-conductive tubes<\/strong> without replacing the heating element.<\/p>
